Description of Work:
Following a sewer backup, an exterior backwater valve was installed to protect the property from future sewer backflow. The existing sewer line was accessed, and a new exterior backwater valve was professionally installed in accordance with current municipal and plumbing code requirements. An inspection access was provided to allow for ongoing maintenance and compliance.

The completed installation meets eligibility requirements for the City of Toronto sewer backup protection program and allows the homeowner to apply for a $1,250 municipal rebate, subject to city approval.
