Slava Koval was the best!!! We had 2 different companies who came and quoted us tripled what we paid him. He was very honest and thorough. The other 2 companies couldn't provide us a straight answer and provided us insane quotes. I googled and found this company and gave it a shot. He came by right away to do a camera inspection and was blown away by his expertise. He told us what was wrong right away and helped us with other things. He even offered us complimentary camera inspection after 6 mos. If you google his name you'll see all happy clients. You wont be disappointed. Very honest guy and doesnt rob people! I called this company to come investigate my basement leak and fix immediately. Upon investigation, it was made know it's was a plumbing issue. I dealt with Andrew and I couldn't question how intelligent he was which speaks from his years of experience. He did not have to rip the wall open. He walked around the house and checked all the wall outside etc .Oh well, it was indeed a plumbing issue and we paid nothing to get the leak source investigated.Thanks so much Andrew for your intellegent.I will recommend this company because it's clear they have experience employees that are ready to help and not take advantage.

Carl and his team did an excellent job waterproofing a large section of my foundation, when finished everything was neat and clean. Carl and his team took pictures and videos during the repair which was very informative and helpful. Throughout the process he has been very responsive and accommodating, always happy to answer any questions that we have. Valentine from Canada Waterproofers came to my house and did a FANTASTIC job repairing a water leak we had. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from and then voluntarily chose to repair it with a high quality copper pipe which typically would've costed more. He also noticed another issue with the pipes where the previous contractor had implemented a poor shortcut solution that would've broken down over time and fixed that proactively as well. Valentine and Canada Waterpoofers went completely above and beyond my expectations and did even more than what was required of the job. They did all this at great value for the dollar as well. Boris is a true professional 5 star rating plumber because he determined the source of the 2nd floor shower leak right away which 3 others plumbers from other companies failed. He fixed the problem without opening the main floor ceiling. He showed up on time, ensured quality service and charged us a reasonable price for fixing the shower, replacing garburator and replacing kitchen faucet. All 3 issues completed in less than 2 hrs. I've worked with Slava and his team multiple times. I was having water leaking in our basement for a while just after periods of rains. ,but every time it rain the leak was getting worse , therefore making me more anxious. So after looking online for a reputable company I came across Canada Waterproofers. I gave them a call and got surprised on how quick they were able to come and take a look and give me the best solution to our situation. We had an excellent experience with Canada Waterproofers - they completed basement waterproofing, a sump pump installation and a back water valve installation. Carl and his team were excellent and we have no hesitation recommending. Having undertaken an entire home renovation Canada Waterproofers provided great recommendations and pricing. We had a very tight timeframe to get the work done to stay on schedule. They started on time and finished in half the estimated time allowing us to maintain schedule. Work included a complete replacement of all our underground sewer lines, moving of rough in’s, new window wells and an entire interior waterproofing of all walls.
This is our second time using Canada Waterproofers and would never call anyone else. Their first basement waterproofing job for us has held for the last 6 years with no problems despite occasional heavy rains. Contacted CW because a leak in the building's foundation was coming through our drywall and flooding the inside of our office. It took CW less than a day to completely patch the leak. There have been no issues since.
We scheduled an in-home assessment. Valentin suggested that we buy a new replacement valve because when we explained the issue, he said it must be the faucet/valve.He kept us updated prior to his arrival and his service was friendly and prompt. He was very helpful and quickly finished the task! Highly recommend!!He even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working well!

I called after heavy rainfall caused some water to come into my basement through a floor drain. I got a quick appointment with a master plumber Slava who was simply awesome. First he arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He took time to check everything, educate us on how our plumbing was connected to city drainage and catch basin, and recommended some simple low-cost solutions including a few maintenance tips too. Why? Responsive, efficient, honest, extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I feel fortunate to have found CWP and have already referred several friends. I had basement flooding on the long weekend, I called CWP at 08h05 on the holiday Monday, needing HELP asap. Salva was at my door before 10h30. He resolved the flooding and took the time to explain the basement foundation and drainage set-up, it’s an old house and Salva quickly assessed how it all works answering all our questions. He suggested a major project is not necessary, explaining about water diversion, draining etc . If you are reading this, you have an issue, call CWP. This is a quality company with integrity. I thank Salva and the team.

Andrew was quick to respond to our initial contact with the company. He assessed the problem and within a couple of weeks, the job was done. The crew of 2 friendly and very hard working men completed the job in about 4 hours. They left our backyard neat and tidy. We are so pleased that our basement water issue is rectified. I called Canada Waterproofers because my basement got flooded with the heavy rains (many possessions were damaged) and I wanted a permanent solution so it didn’t happen again in the future. A technician came to my house at a time that was convenient for me, and gave me a reasonable estimate and valuable information regarding a rebate program for backwater valves and sump pumps available for houses in the GTA area. I decided to proceed with the job and it was carried out to my satisfaction, plus I get some money back and a 25-year warranty. Can’t beat value. Now when it rains I have the peace-of-mind that my basement will be very dry and also if something goes wrong I can call them and they will come back to fix it. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a leak in my basement as the snow started to melt. After that happened I called Canada Waterproofers, and a technician Slava came to inspect it within hours after my call. Turns out it wasn’t a wall problem. It was my window leaking because the window well wasn’t installed properly and didn’t have a drainage pipe. The next day after the initial visit a crew came in the morning, dug down to the footing and waterproofed the wall, with a proper drainage tube up to the top of the soil in the window well. Finished with gravel and clean all around. Amazing work. I highly recommend them. Great price for work done.

I was waiting to write this review for almost 1 year to be sure that the waterproofing was truly as good as these guys said it was. I have to tell you that it has performed exactly how they said it would, and I am very impressed. Slava was very knowledgeable and always could answer any question that I asked him, which showed me he knew a lot about waterproofing. His guys were very knowledgeable and performed an amazing job, as you can see in the picture. You wouldn’t even know that a job was performed if it wasn’t for my dry basement, but I can tell you that a great job was performed. I will refer this company to everyone as I now have proof that their work was performed as promised. FYI – I even got a follow-up call after the job from management to make sure I was happy with the work, which I found very professional. Thanks guys
