Description of Work:
Interior waterproofing was completed to address active water leakage in the basement. An interior water management system was installed along the foundation to control groundwater and prevent moisture intrusion.

A new submersible sump pump manufactured by Liberty Pumps was professionally installed to actively manage and discharge groundwater away from the foundation. The sump system was integrated with the interior drainage system to ensure reliable and continuous water control.

All work was completed to improve basement dryness, protect the foundation, and provide long‑term protection against future water infiltration.

Result:
The basement now has an effective interior waterproofing and sump pump system in place, eliminating leakage and significantly improving overall moisture management.
