Description of Work:

A cracked section of the foundation was repaired using Canada Waterproofers’ signature 6‑Stage Waterproofing Process to ensure long‑term protection and durability.

The work began by exposing the affected foundation area and preparing the surface for repair. The crack was cleaned, assessed, and sealed using high‑quality foundation repair materials designed to prevent future water penetration. The 6‑Stage Process was followed, which includes excavation, foundation preparation, crack repair, application of waterproofing membrane, installation of drainage components where required, and final restoration.

Once the waterproofing stages were completed and the foundation surface was fully finished, the exterior work area was restored. The air conditioning unit—temporarily removed to allow proper access—was reinstalled by our HVAC technician to ensure correct placement and operation.

Result:

The foundation crack has been fully repaired and protected using the complete 6‑Stage Waterproofing Process, significantly reducing the risk of future water intrusion. The AC unit has been safely reinstalled, and the exterior area has been restored to proper condition.
