Pitcher Pl, Milton, L9T 7P8, ON, Canada, Basement Waterproofing From The Outside

Property Address:

Pitcher Pl, Milton, L9T 7P8, ON, Canada

Description of Work:

A new window well was installed to improve drainage and protect the basement wall from water accumulation. During excavation, a large structural crack was discovered in the cinder block foundation directly behind the window well location. The damaged area was fully exposed, cleaned, and assessed to determine the extent of the issue.

The foundation crack was then repaired using Canada Waterproofers’ signature 6‑Stage Waterproofing Process, ensuring long‑term protection and durability. This process included foundation preparation, crack repair, membrane application, drainage enhancement, and full restoration of the work area.

Once the waterproofing stages were completed, the new window well was installed and properly connected to the drainage system to ensure efficient water management around the foundation.

Result:

The foundation crack has been fully repaired and waterproofed using the complete 6‑Stage Process, providing strong protection against future water intrusion. The new window well is securely installed and functioning correctly, improving drainage and safeguarding the basement area.
