In *******’s torrential rainfall on July 16/24 and the hydro outage, our sump pump was unable to handle the vast amount of water, causing some overflow and flooding. I had a problem with my sewer backing up and after city inspection i was advised that I replace the sewer pipe and fill the areas which had settled causing water to pool in various spots. Peter and his skilled crew did an excellent job of replacing the entire pipe. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations at a competitive price. Not only were the price and terms very fair, the work was done in a highly professional manner. Stuart, Carl, and Canada Waterproofers have always been a pleasure to deal with. They are honest and don't push for any unnecessary stuff. Every person we've ever dealt with from this company has been courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, patient, happy to answer questions, and ease any doubts. They do great work and are very fair with prices. They are excellent at following-up and making sure you are satisfied. I almost wish I had more for them to do, but our home is now safe and dry. After sealing layers and machine assisted pumping back dirt and gravels, the entire surrounding was cleaned with a brush. Professional job well done.
