Description of Work:
Exterior foundation waterproofing was completed around the cold room, as well as the front and side foundation walls of the property, to address water infiltration and protect the home from future moisture issues.

The affected foundation areas were excavated to expose the below‑grade walls. Once exposed, the foundation surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All vulnerable areas were properly sealed, and a high‑quality exterior waterproofing membrane was applied to prevent groundwater penetration and hydrostatic pressure.

The side of the house presented a tight working space due to existing mature trees. Special care was taken during excavation and waterproofing to preserve and protect the trees, successfully completing the work without damage to the surrounding landscaping.

After waterproofing was completed, the excavation was carefully backfilled and the work areas restored, ensuring proper grading and drainage away from the foundation.

Result:
The cold room and surrounding foundation walls are now fully waterproofed, providing long‑term protection against water intrusion while preserving the property’s existing trees and landscaping.
