Description of Work:
Interior drainage improvements were completed to enhance basement water management and provide protection during power outages. A new sump pit was excavated and installed to properly collect subsurface water.

A primary sump pump system was installed along with a battery backup system to ensure continued operation in the event of a power failure. The sump system was designed to provide reliable groundwater management and reduce the risk of basement flooding.

Following installation, the affected basement floor area was re‑cemented, restoring the concrete surface and leaving a clean, finished appearance.

Result:
The basement now has a reliable sump pump system with battery backup in place, providing continuous water protection and improved drainage performance.
