Description of Work:
Interior waterproofing was completed in the cold room area of the basement after water leakage was identified during snow melt conditions. Seasonal thawing was allowing water to enter through the foundation, causing moisture issues in the cold room.

An interior water management system was installed to control groundwater and redirect moisture away from the foundation. A new sump pump system was installed to actively collect and discharge water from the cold room area, preventing future water buildup during snow melt and heavy rainfall.

All work was completed to improve drainage, protect the foundation, and provide long‑term moisture control.

Result:
The cold room is now properly protected with an interior waterproofing and sump pump system, eliminating leakage caused by snow melt and improving overall basement dryness.
