Description of Work:
Exterior foundation waterproofing was completed on nearly the entire exterior foundation of the property to address widespread moisture concerns and provide long‑term protection against water infiltration.

The exterior foundation walls were excavated to expose the full below‑grade structure. Once exposed, the foundation was thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All areas were waterproofed using our 6‑stage exterior waterproofing system, which is designed to seal the foundation, manage groundwater, and protect against hydrostatic pressure.

The existing weeping tile system, which was outdated and no longer functioning effectively, was fully removed and replaced with new weeping tile. The new drainage system was properly installed to ensure efficient groundwater flow away from the foundation.

Protective drainage layers were installed where required, and the excavation was carefully backfilled. The work area was restored, ensuring proper grading around the home to further enhance drainage performance.

Result:
The property is now protected with a comprehensive exterior waterproofing and drainage solution. The upgraded foundation and new weeping tile system significantly reduce the risk of future basement leaks and provide long‑term moisture protection.
